| Q: What is the prize wheel made of?
A: The prize wheel itself is made of a 1/2" composite board. The frames are all constructed of 7/8" solid oak. The pegs,
bolts, bearings and washers are all steel.
Q: How long does it take to receive a prize wheel?
A: Most prize wheels ship within 2 business days, custom insert wheels as well as custom graphic wheels may take 3
business days. The transit time can be estimated by visiting our shipping page.
Q: What is your return policy for prize wheels?
A: Our regular dry erase prize wheels and custom insert prize wheels can returned. Customer is responsible for return
shipping costs and there will also be a 20% restocking fee. Credit will be issued once it is returned and inspected. All
custom prize wheels are non-returnable. Any defective or damaged wheels will be repaired or replaced as described on our
policies page.
Q: How large is the Logo when you add the logo to a prize wheel?
A: The logo in the center of a dry erase wheel is put on a 6" circle in the center of the prize wheel. The 32" insert wheel has
a 8" circle in the center that the logo goes on.
Q: Do you offer any discounts based on quantity or purpose?
A: On any order that exceeds 10 prize wheels, a discount may be available. Please call for further information.

Q: Can I purchase a blank white wheel with nothing on it to customize myself?
A: We do offer blank prize wheels for your own customization. The pricing would be the same as the standard white 24" or
32" basic prize wheel.
Q: How many pegs are possible on a custom 24" or 32" prize wheel.
A: On a 24" prize wheel the maximum amount of pegs are 30. On a 32" prize wheel the maximum amount of pegs are 50.
